  • 3 cl of clear pisco 40°
  • 3 cl of Campari
  • 3 cl of Arrayán liqueur or Vermouth Rosso
  • 0.5 cl of grapefruit juice

Preparation
  • In the glass, add 3 to 4 ice cubes, stir, and discard the excess water.
  • Add the pisco, then the arrayán liqueur or vermouth, the grapefruit juice, and the Campari.
  • Stir with a bar spoon and serve with a grapefruit peel on top.
