- 3 cl of Arrayán liqueur or Vermouth Rosso
- 0.5 cl of grapefruit juice

Preparation
- In the glass, add 3 to 4 ice cubes, stir, and discard the excess water.
- Add the pisco, then the arrayán liqueur or vermouth, the grapefruit juice, and the Campari.
- Stir with a bar spoon and serve with a grapefruit peel on top.
