- 60 ml of clear pisco
- 3 scoops of lemon sorbet
- 15 ml of limoncello
- 30 ml of lime juice
- 15 ml of simple syrup
- top with prosecco

Preparation
- Add all the ingredients, except the prosecco, and a handful of ice to the blender.
- Blend until you reach the perfect consistency.
- Serve in a chilled wine glass and add the sparkling wine.
- Garnish with a garden flower.
