This refreshing national drink gained popularity in diner-style restaurants during the 1950s. After losing its popularity, it regained prominence from 2010 onwards with the rise of tonic waters, gin tonics, and bitter profile drinks.

- 150 ml of tonic water

Preparation
- Fill a glass or cup with ice cubes to its maximum capacity.
- Stir the ice to chill the glass and discard any excess water that melts in the process.
- Add all the ingredients and serve.
- Garnish with a lemon slice.
- Optional: add a cucumber slice, papaya slices, and basil leaves.
