- 60 ml of clear pisco
- 25 ml of Martini Bianco vermouth
- 30 ml of citrus mix (pink grapefruit, mild lime)
- 30 ml of chamomile and honey syrup
- 4 pieces of green apple
- 45 ml of top chai tea infusion

Preparation
- In a shaker, add the green apple pieces and the chamomile and honey syrup. Muddle 8 times.
- Add the citrus mix, white vermouth, and pisco, and shake with plenty of ice.
- Strain into a clean container and strain again into the glass with a clear carved ice cube. Pour the chai tea infusion over the ice.
- Garnish with grapefruit peel and an edible flower.
