Ingredients
- 60 ml of clear pisco
- 30 ml of lime juice
- 30 ml of sugar syrup
- 60 ml of Chilean red wine
- 1 egg white

Preparation
- In a shaker, combine all the ingredients without ice and shake for 20 seconds.
- Add the ice to the shaker and shake again.
- Serve in a cocktail glass and gently pour the wine over the back of a bar spoon to cover the surface.
- Garnish with a lemon slice.
